How can I cancel an order?

Please email support@valetseller.com if you can not fulfill an order for any reason. Please specify the cancellation reason within your email.

When you cancel an order, Valet Seller automatically updates the order status in your account and sends an email notification to the buyer. Please note that merchants that cancel orders regularly will have products delisted.

 

When can a buyer cancel an order?

The buyer has up to 1 hour from the time of order to cancel. If Valet Seller receives a cancellation request, we will notify you immediately. We request that you stop the shipment if you have not shipped it yet. If you are using Valet Seller Fulfillment, we will automatically cancel the order if it is not shipped. Canceling an order upon buyers request will not count against your metrics.

Note:

  • If you have shipped and confirmed the order, tell the buyer that the order is already on its way and ask them to return it to you for a refund.
  • If you have already generated the shipping label, inform the buyer that you are unable to cancel the order at this stage and ask them to return the item for a refund.
